Shipping policy

We ship domestically and with carriers that accept live insects. This is almost exclusively USPS for warm weather, and UPS for shorter/cooler temperature weeks.

We will always attempt to use the fastest, cheapest method to ensure our 6+ legged friends arrive safely.  

If an order arrives Dead on Arrival, please contact us directly or follow the instructions in your package.  We will always do what we can to make it right, but we do ask that you work with us to ensure safer arrival - including changing carriers or at worst, doing hold for pickup.

We also offer local delivery depending on our availability.
